What if instead of a candy wrapper [in a bunker] it was an orange peel,
which is not man made?

Dear Lou,
An orange peel is a natural object and, therefore, a loose
impediment. You may not touch it if it lies in a bunker. The same would hold
true for a banana peel or a half-eaten pear, even if there were no banana,
pear, or orange tree in the vicinity of the bunker [Decisions 23/3, 23/4].
