Linda, I might be stepping outside your area of expertise, but I
have a question regarding Spanish Moss.
We are Canadian Snowbirds playing in Central Florida where
Spanish Moss hangs from many of the trees.
If the Moss - and not a tree branch - interferes with your
swing, can you treat it as a movable or immovable obstruction or is it considered
to be part of the tree?

Dear Lou,
Spanish Moss is a plant that grows on the tree. You may not treat Spanish Moss as an obstruction –
obstructions, by Definition, are artificial. You may not move any plants out of
your way.
